MEET THE TEAM
Our team of coaches and consultants is composed of three complementary experts that ensures the high-quality assistance you need. Walid, specialised coach and consultant in organisational and strategical development as well as in tension management. He has an extensive experience in academic research and change management as well as in consultancy. Ferit, specialised coach and consultant in IT-infrastructure, in digital organisations and self-managed processes. He has 15+ years of experience with large tech-centered multinationals in Germany. Nesrine is a consultant, systemic coach and certified intercultural trainer. She passionately designs and implements interactive trainings and workshops for teams working in international contexts. Together, we offer you holistic solutions that are founded on vast and diverse experiences from practice and practice-driven research.
